Unhappy Did something I wasn't suppose to......

and now I am bummed! Shame on me!

My weekly WW weigh in day is Monday at 12Noon.

Yesterday (Saturday) I was at the store and there was one of those 'pay 25 cents" to weight yourself scale - at the grocery store (it was way out of the way no one was near it) and so I put my .25 in and BAM.

Said I weighed 252.2 lbs - exactly what I weighted last monday and I have been so good, even just a tad under my points and I have gone on a 5 mile bike ride and today I'll be swimming laps, etc...

My co-worker that I am doing WW with weighted herself on WEd and I scolded her for it - told her to ignore the weight, I told her to just use the WW scale, then you know it's accurate, etc...

I'M BAD! I just thought I might get an early peek at a lower weight!

50 lashes with a wet noodle for me!

Maybe by 12noon tomorrow i will have dropped 1 lb???? Here's to PRAYING!

Hi there!

First off, that grocery scale might not even be calibrated correctly... so don't worry about it.

Secondly, what's one week in the grand scheme of things? You are doing great with your points and your exercise, right? Maybe you are retaining water? Or your body is going through a slow loss stage?

If you stick with your plan, the weight WILL come off! I promise!
