Default Picnic Foods?

I am going to my company picnic tomorrow and am sure that menu does not include anything diabetic/SBD friendly.

I plan on bringing a cooler with a garden salad with chicken breast, a fat free hot dog and some yogurt.

Any suggestions????

I think you are right on. If you want to bring your own burger (93% lean) and the 3 bean salad on top of it, do it. I might also bring a "dessert" like Jello or SF candy so you don't feel left out!

Are you on Phase 1 or 2. If on two, there are more options...

Thanks!

I'm actually doing a Phase 1.5; I ate only about 20-30 carbs for about a year, so I was already doing kind of a Phase 1. Phase 2 ideas are welcome...

(yes, definitely sf Jello!)

Fresh veggies and salsa are one thing I love to munch on at a party when everyone is eating their less healthy 'snacks' like chips, bread, etc. If you're not sure they'll have some, bring some!
