Got in my wt training and 10 minutes on the bun roller.

Monday-- AM-- Walked 3.2 miles

PM-- Walked 1.8 miles with Buddy.

Tuesday-- AM-- 15 minutes stretches, 40 minutes Simple 7 Circuit, TBT.

Tuesday-- PM-- Walked 1 miles with Buddy.

Wednesday-- AM--Walked 3 miles, 100 crunches, hoed 2 full rows in the garden.

Monday- nothing
Tuesday- did Leslie Sansone's Deluxe Walk(older video). It's divided into 3 segments totally 4 miles if you do all 3, which is what I did. Then I had exercise at church, although I cut the workout short(by 15 minutes).
Wednesday- Ramp it Up video

Wednesday-- PM--Walked 2 miles with Buddy.

Thursday--AM--10 minutes stretches, 41 minutes Simple 7 Circuit, TBT.

Thursday PM- church...did 45 minutes cardio followed by body sculpting

Tuesday: Walked/ran laps on track for 45-60 minutes.
Wednesday: Gym - eliptical 8 minutes, lower body workout, treadmill 30 minutes
Thursday: Walked/ran laps on track for 45-60 minutes
Friday: Gym - eliptical 8 minutes, upper body workout, treadmill 30 minutes.

Saturday- 2 mile WATP followed by leg exercises and ab workout(slim and 6)
