Stinky burned popcorn!!! Peeee-uuuu!
Breakfast: 2 pieces of sausage, 1 egg
Lunch: tuna salad with tuna, onion, boiled egg, pickle relish and mayo; pepper jack cheese
Dinner: grilled chicken breast, steamed vegetables and sliced tomatoes
No snacks -- and a whole lot of water. So far at 4:15 I've had four 16 oz. glasses.
