So how do others deal with the Cool Whip issue? :?:

I know that we can have 2tbsps/day even on Phase I, but I find that I am making that more like 3 on my ricotta dessert. Is this enough to stall out my Phase I progress so far?

It's a great treat/reward at the end of the day, but I feel like it's a trigger. I think I need to ditch it.

If it seems too good to be true, it probably is...

Laurel, I use the Cool Whip Free. The ingredients are horrible and are transfats, so try the'll mean less bad fats.

As to cravings, if you can't limit yourself to the serving size, I would get rid of it. That rule applies to anything...if you can't limit yourself, out it goes...unless you can think of a creative way to portion it that works. For instance, you can get a bunch of those gladwear snack cups and portion 2 Tbsp of Cool Whip in each one...take out only one at a time. :dunno:
