Hi Everyone,

I've lost weight in certain areas but my chest is still not where I'd want it to be. Can anyone suggest exercises that will help my chest area go down in size a little? My body seems disproportionate because I've lost in all areas but my chest. Help!! :?:

Wow, that's the opposite complaint from what I usually hear :lol: Sorry to laugh, but that seems to be the first place that most of us lose.

You still have a ways to go before you reach goal. My advice is to just keep on keeping on and see where it gets you. I lost several cup sizes which is common, but I know a few women who lost a lot of weight and still were large breasted. Unfortunately, we don't get to pick where the weight comes off first.

Count me as one who didn't lose in the chest! Sigh. I lost ~70 lbs and went from a 40DD to a 38D - which looked the same or even a little larger proportionately. The only way I'll ever have a smaller bust involves surgery. :)
