Walked 20 minutes today...probably about 1 - 1 1/4 miles. Sure is HOT out there! :)

Monday morning-- Walked 3.2 miles.
Monday afternoon-- walked 1.5 miles with Buddy!!

Yesterday, on top of walking in the morning:
Walked 1 1/2 miles after school and then mowed the lawn with a push mower. May not be conventional exercise, but I bed to differ :smug:

Tuesday-- AM, 15 minutes stretches, 40 minutes Simple 7 Circuit, TBT.
PM-- Walked 2.25 miles with Buddy

Monday, 20 minutes of TM and 20 minutes of wts.
Tuesday. 20 minutes of TM completed and will do wts and another walk tonight.

Swimming: Ran 1000 steps in the deep water, then did leg lifts and stretches in the water.

Walked 20 minutes. Probably about one mile... I had a cake in the oven and did not want to be gone TOO long! :)

A little weights before 1 1/2 mile walk/jog on treadmill. I broke a good sweat. I'm thinking of getting me an exercise video this weekend. I've never been so motivated since the start of this diet and reading this forum. The treadmill I use is over 4 years old and last Friday was the very first time I made contact with it!
