LA Weight Loss - My Weigh in!

well..i have been doing L. A. weight loss since friday (and it's monday) went to weigh in an hour ago and lost.... 5.6 lbs! woohoo baby!! lol :) i'm lovin this!

Way to go!!! That first loss is really exciting and really helped motivate me to stay on plan and see how far I could go. Keep up the good work!

I lost another 1.4 lbs. soooooo i was wondering... do ya just lose more the first week than other weeks? it hasn't been a full week and I have lost 7 lbs... i was just wondering what was common.

I lost quite a bit the first few weeks. I lost half my weight (35lbs) within the first 3 months or so, but then it slowed down. I lost another 13 lbs over the next 2 months and it's taken me about 3 months now to lose another 12lbs. Of course, there was thanksgiving, christmas and new year's in there (which certainly didn't help matters)...but hey that's life, and those holiday are going to come every year ;-)
