Default Dance Fitness DVDs

I love to dance, so I figure why not try to find some exercise videos that are dance based.

Anyone have any recommendations... and pole dancing and stripper dancing are not an option

Thanks !!!

There are many videos on country line dancing, hip hop dancing, salsa dancing, swing dancing, ballet, belly dancing, and there is even a workout video at Collage video on tap dancing. (It is called something like "I hate to exercise, I love to tap".)

I have Cruch Salsa and I like that. I don't know why I don't do it more often. I may do it tomorrow morning.

I just got Paula Abdul's Get Up and Dance video (1995) and MTV's The Grind workout (1995). I've done both and they are great! It doesn't feel like a workout because you're dancing and I love dancing!!

Hey ClipClop,
the old grind video's are great especially if you are over the age of say 25 and can rember the 90's music and dances and ohh yeah, Eric Nise. what a hottie beef cake that one was.
I havn't found much to top them in terms of dance tapes. The sweatin to the oldies are fun too, but not as high impact.
If you find other ones, let me know I love dance work outs, they are so much easier than jogging on the dreadmill.

I love Cher's body confidence (yeas again from early 90's). It has a 45 minute hot dance onit that I keep coming back to. Will have to look out for those others they sound good
