Monday morning is when I weigh for the second time, the end of phase 1. It's been so hard not to want to step on the scales for a week! Also tomorrow I start P2. I've been to the grocery and added in a few things from the list, I was careful to only get a select few things so I wouldn't be too tempted. Pretty basic...apples, strawberries, grapes for fruit. Then wg bread and the SB cereal for my breads. I don't want to mess this up! It's kinda scary!
