June 1 & 2 I did the two-day unilmited take-off, so today I'm back on the plan!

B - 4" whole wheat pita with 1TB FFCC and 1TB All Fruit - 1S, 2Free

S - Lite, 1/2 cup orange juice - 1F

L - 3oz pouch tuna, 2 cups lettuce, 1/4 med carrot shredded - 1P, 3V

32 oz water so far. Will edit later to finish the rest of the day.

1/2 small baked potato counts as 1 starch. An entire potato would be 2 starches.

128oz of water is too much, will make you retain more water.

sskinney: Isn't pork and beef 6oz on the Purple Plan?

Also, on the old plan you couldn't have beef and pork in the same day. You could only have beef or pork up to twice per week. These rules "don't apply" anymore, but there had to be a reason they were there to begin with. I still try to limit my beef and pork; and definately, don't eat them in the same day... Just a quick tip, I know you are new to this....

I do it here in order to get it into my diary. I was so bad about journaling before I discovered this place, now everything gets ticked in there, I love it.
