Default exercise

i remember on the old WW plan, (the point counting one) you got a few more points a week if you were excercising.
Does this apply to this plan? Like I bike ride about an hour or two twice a week on average.
I was wondering if that added any more points for me or if 35 was the max.
thanks!!

Yes, you can get activity points in addition to your 35 weekly points allowance. I'm not sure of the formula but there is a slider that calculates the points. I don't know about the newer tools because I use my Points Booster from the old Flex Points plan.

It's 1 point for approximately 20 minutes of brisk activity, with a maximum of 4 per day. You are also supposed to use the points on the day you earned them. Brisk activity is strenuous enough that you can still talk, but would have trouble singing.
