I went to one of the larger malls here this morning, and walked the whole thing, upstairs and down! I forgot to put on my pedometer, but I walked briskly and did not stop except in four stores total. (I had a gift certificate I had to use and could not find anything I wanted!) Anyway, I guesstimate I got in at least a mile! :) I am going to go swim in a bit...the pool looks wonderful, finally! :)

Monday-- Walked 3.2 miles.
Tuesday-- Walked 3.2 miles.

Monday: 8 minutes eliptical, lower body workout, 35 minutes on treadmill.
Wednesday: 8 minutes eliptical, upper body workout, 50 minutes treadmill.
Friday: 8 minutes eliptical, lower body workout, 30 minutes treadmill.
I will be going tomorrow and Monday as well.
My new schedule s/b: Getting up at 4 a.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays and going to gym prior to DH going to work. Taking the girls with me on Friday afternoons, and then getting up at 6 a.m. on Saturdays to go by myself. That is 4 days a week that I am shooting for.

Exercise wasn't the greatest this week, but not the worse either...
Monday- Nothing
Tuesday- Walk and Kick tape(about 30 min) and church workout(step aerobics, weights, floorwork)
Wednesday-nothing again
Thursday- 2 mile WATP and church workout(aerobics, strength training)
Friday- Nothing AGAIN
Saturday- 3 mile WATP
Sunday- going to try and get a quick workout in the morning, probably Walk and Kick

Ran some errands tonight...and made a special effort to get in lots of steps. I got in 5123 by parking far away from the door, and walking up and down aisles in the grocery store, over and over. (I don't recommend this, however, as I spent twice as much as I would have if I had just walked in, gotten the four items on my list, and walked out! :rolleyes: )
