South Beach Diet - cabbage and Zucchini ?

I have a question about freezing certain foods. I made a cabbage casserole and was wondering if I could freeze it? My husband don't like cooked cabbage and I don't want to eat this every day. :lol: Also, zucchini? Same thing, my dh don't like them either. Hope everyone is having a good day!

Cabbage freezes fine. Zucchini works too although it gets a little softer.
