Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and 1/2 cup homemade applesauce
Lunch: Healthy Choice Split Pea Soup (the whole can!)
Snack: FF cottage cheese and peaches
Dinner: Spring Mix salad, Homemade Core Sirloin Spaghetti Sauce served over
ww rotini, fresh green beans
Dessert: WW chocolate eclair cake (5 points). This is the last piece left to celebrate
my birthday. Jim and I each have a piece left. I sent the leftovers home
with my Sister and Niece
b--shredded wheat, 1/2 banana, few fresh strawberries, ff milk, and splenda
l--spaghetti sauce made with browned venison burger, whole wheat spaghetti, and 1 serving baguette (3 pts)
s--oat bran muffin with a teaspoonful of sf apricot jam (1 pt)
d--pinto beans, onions, and polenta cakes

B - millet and banana

L - chicken, polenta and corn
S - smoothie
D - new potatoes, more corn, ginger brocolli and maybe some spinach
S - cereal or something light
Stolen cantaloupe cubes while cutting it up after coming home from the grocery store! A cube for me, a cube for the bowl -- whoops, this one is oddly shaped, better eat it!
Well went to Montreal for the day so eating was kinda off- but at least I did not go crazy (as I did yesterday and ate everything insight!).
Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs,glass of milk, 1 banana
decaf w/cream
Lunch: the Pizza Hut Buffet - not the best place- but I really filled up on salad,and had 2 small slices of veggie pizza (and avoided the sundae bar and dessert pizza!).
