Default New to Wendie Plan-questions

Could I please get some advice from some of you that have been following the Wendie plan.
My normal pt range should be 22 per day. can I just follow the guidlines as set out in "Wendie's Plan in a Nutshell"

also I WI on Wednesday's What would be the best way to set up my week so I am not having high days just before WI. How many days before WI should I be having my HD.

Any help would be appreciated.

Yes because the total points for the week are the same. Your low points is 22 and then you have the 35 Points to put for moderate and high days.

Your high day will most likely affect you if you eat sugar or processed carbs, because you can retain water with those foods. If it were me, I'd keep it 2-3 days away.

Jenn, Nice pic...reminds me of that actress that plays the wife on YesDear.

Jenn is right sometimes sugar but more importantly processed or simple carbs do tend to make one retain water.
