Default Monday menu for May 16

I already know, so I might as well spill it now!

Breakfast: banana, milk (didn't have time to make my breakfast before leaving for the doctor)

Snack: SF/FF cheesecake pudding with sliced strawberries

Lunch: tuna salad, carrots, light string cheese (1 pt.)

Snack: small bag of 94% FF popcorn

Dinner: LO roast, sliced onions, salad with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers and balsamic vinaigrette dressing

I also had 6 bottles of water today, and did 30 minutes on the Gazelle.

Don't know what I'll be eating because we will be on the road. Do my best to stick to Core. I have grapes, apples, strawberries, popcorn, ff pringles for snacks and I will have my WW cup.

Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim milk and 1/2 cup homemade applesauce

Lunch: LO Chicken chili

Snack: LO corn cakes

Dinner: LO lasagna, mixed field greens salad, fresh green beans with smart balance

Snack: SF/FF pudding

Oh woe is me - trying hard to get back on track and undo the weekend's damage!

Breakfast: fresh fruit salad (pineapple, grapes, honeydew, canteloupe) dipped in 4 oz cup of sf/ff vanilla yogurt, decaf w/ff cream

Snack: 1 banana

Lunch: LO Steak (maybe 3-4 oz?), 1/2 baked potato, 1 tsp butter, salad w/greek dressing
1 apple

Snack: 1/2 lf cottage cheese w/strawberries, green tea

Dinner: roasted bbq chicken, bake squash, asparagus
sf/ff mango passion fruit smoothie

Snack: decaf non fact cappuccino

Also trying to return to major water guzzling in the hope that it will help as well!

had a morning rampage but have now regained control...

b: cereal w/ eggs and toast
l: tuna sandwich
d: I think I'm going to try Cola Chicken (have never done this one before) w/ roasted potatoes (yup, and this time I think I'll use a metal pan) w/ zucchini and squash (if it hasn't gone bad in the fridge yet). EDIT: It was bad. We're having either green beans or salad instead!

BTW, done a pound this morning...I think I've been chasing that pound around for a few weeks though. Maybe this time he's gone for good!

i didn't get up in time to make the core pancakes. but i'm happy with what i'm having today.

b--oatmeal made with splenda, ff milk, and fresh strawberries
l--polenta cakes off the griddle, pinto beans/chopped onions, fresh corn on the cob, 2 small grilled pork chops
s--lo fruit salad and i'm thinking of making a chocolate chipotle muffin (1 pt)
d--i'm not sure yet but i'm thinking of making the mexican polenta pizza. i'll let you know.

i also have a tenderloin steak in the slow cooker. i'm making it "roast style" for tomorrow.

s--i had 2 chocolate chipotle muffins to go with my fruit salad (2 pts)
d--mexican polenta pizza
s-sf/ff chocolate pudding
s--popcorn

i've eaten a lot today, haven't i? i guess it's nerves. the doctor never called.
