Don't know what I'll be eating because we will be on the road. Do my best to stick to Core. I have grapes, apples, strawberries, popcorn, ff pringles for snacks and I will have my WW cup.

d: I think I'm going to try Cola Chicken (have never done this one before) w/ roasted potatoes (yup, and this time I think I'll use a metal pan) w/ zucchini and squash (if it hasn't gone bad in the fridge yet). EDIT: It was bad. We're having either green beans or salad instead!

BTW, done a pound this morning...I think I've been chasing that pound around for a few weeks though. Maybe this time he's gone for good!

i didn't get up in time to make the core pancakes. but i'm happy with what i'm having today.
b--oatmeal made with splenda, ff milk, and fresh strawberries
l--polenta cakes off the griddle, pinto beans/chopped onions, fresh corn on the cob, 2 small grilled pork chops
s--lo fruit salad and i'm thinking of making a chocolate chipotle muffin (1 pt)
d--i'm not sure yet but i'm thinking of making the mexican polenta pizza. i'll let you know.
i also have a tenderloin steak in the slow cooker. i'm making it "roast style" for tomorrow.
