what is this and where can I buy it?

Below is what I found on the internet. I had a box a while back. I bought it at Vitamin Cottage. You can find it at any health food store. They taste pretty good, but I'm not sure how healthy they are. A coworker of mine drank one a few weeks ago before he had anything to eat and he got sick and vomited all up. So if you drink it make sure you eat something.
