Wheeee! The London Marathon, how exciting - you know we'll all be cheering you on! You've got a few weeks to condition yourself and then they'll be no stopping you! Run, Si, Run!

Well done you, I am planning for the Great North Run, was going to be this year, but due to scheduling clashes, will be next year, and that's only half the distance.

The only thing is, I can't run, well not yet anyway, I still feel a bit too flabby to run. I've started weight training now, so hopefully that will help the wobble!!!!

Are you affected by this new licencing thang for doormen?? I saw a thing about it on the news and thought of you. They showed a few people doing the course you now have to do, they looked very intimidating, but were practicing their "soft skills" communication etc, and looked very awkward in front of the cameras!
