Tuesday-
Boot camp - 2 mile run/jog. Push ups, sit ups, squats, and shoulders presses in a group with a log.
Going to do a power yoga class at lunch. Yoga feels sooooo good after boot camp!
Ended up also doing 30 min of bike and upper body strength training in the evening.

Way to go with the cardio Amber!

Sunday- swam a MILE!!!(first time EVER!)
Monday-spin class at 6am & lifted weights at home at night
Tuesday-wen to a strength training class 6am & will do weights tonight

I think that it is SO important to incorporate weight training with cardio! You see a difference so much faster!! (at least I do!)

WE WILL ALL SUCCEED!!!

Thanks so much paperclippy!! It's amazing how good you can feel just by someone teeling you that you did a good job. I really appreciate it! I wish I could run like you. I've just never been good at it. I can never find my rhythm. Keep up the good vibes!!

Tuesday-35 minutes bike (the HARD program that I hate is in my regular routine now...yay)
Walked around flea market for a couple of hours (pulling my lazy 5 year old son-my 4 year old daughter wanted to walk...men!-around in a wagon through gravel), came home and SCRUBBED my kitchen from top to bottom including floors...hard work all around

Busy busy busy...keep it up ladies! We will do this!!
