Here we are ready for May weigh-ins.
I wish everyone good luck this month.
Summer is just around the corner and we know what that means------all those ads for bikinis and bathing suits. :o
I know that I've got a lot of work to do before putting on my bathing suit. :D

I'm nervous to weigh-in tomorrow because although I joined last Thurs, I didn't really start until Monday :o

Veggie, don't be too nervous. :D I bet you will do fine.
My weigh-in wasn't that great. I think I'm with Tammy in that I need to remove my weight tracker. Maybe it's giving off bad vibes.

Everyone please post and let us know how you're doing. I hope we hear from some of our members who haven't posted in awhile.

well guys I only lost 1lb. I only started Sunday though so I hope that's why. I almost cried at the meeting and it was all I could do to prevent a binge when I got home. But I had a decent dinner (I think?) 1ff tortilla (1pt), 2T lowfat cheese shreds (2pt), 2 slices veggie bacon (1pt), 1c shredded potatoes (2pt) and ff salsa

Anyway I'm having a hard time here.

Veggie, I understand how upset you are and I'm so sorry. Like you said, it hadn't been a whole week. Just remember that.
Your supper sounded good. In fact, we had something very similar. I fixed ff tortillas, gilled chicken breast strips, lettuce, onion and salsa.
Hang in there. You can do this!!!!! :):):)

I didn't weigh in this week, but I joined an express fit and have worked out 5 times this week. I feel great! I am going to stop the WW meetings when my tickets run out
>4 weeks. I will stay with counting the points though, but will probably not go below 26 points. I am sticking with the lean meat, and lots of veggies, it seems to be helping a lot. All those fresh strawberries aren't hurting either.

We have had so much time spent at the hospital the last two weeks, I was sure the scales would be heavy --- they were even-up! No gain, none gone! Thank the Lord!
(We are also having good results with the hospital stay!)

My mother-in-law is in the hospital. She had a by-pass done in her leg to create a good blood flow to the foot. We think she may be coming home sometime this weekend.
I am looking forward to a loss this week. Better management of the time and eating habits this week.

I am down 4 pounds this week. That's good because I gained 1.4 last week. I'm now at 14.8. Good luck everyone.

Not very proud of myself--I gained 2.8# in the last 2 weeks. Monday is starting day again.

Loodie, I'm so sorry about your gain. But, you have the right mind set----starting over today.
You can do this. We are all here to give you encouragement. Think about one thing that you didn't do last week. Was it not drinking enough water? not journaling? not eating enough fruit (my downfall)? Then, correct that this week. See if that helps your weigh loss.

Well, I haven't been to a meeting in several months. Guess what----my meeting time has been cancelled. Could it be that they couldn't do without me??? :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:
I didn't like the leader on Thursdays. I think I'll go this week and see if she's been moved to another time. Since I'm sure you all are curious, ;) I'll let y'all know.

I purchased a WW scales and am going to weigh at home with it. It weighs one tenth of a pound also. Still have WW online to assist me in journaling and other things.
I lost almost one pound this week!

Hi, all!
Glad to see great results this week for everyone! Way to go!

My meeting is at 5:30pm, so I was very, very nervous. How can you possibly show a loss after eating all day, even if you're eating "good"? But, much to my surprise, I was DOWN 2.6 for my first week--or my first week back, I should say. (I say 'much to my surprise' because I was attacked by a ruthless Chinese buffet :devil: this past week and have to say that it came out the winner.)

By the way, is this the correct thread for the weigh-in results? I know that seems like a dumb question...but at least it's a dumb question that can be answered... :)

Hi everyone. Sorry I have been MIA for so long. I have been working all the time. :( I am so tired of the 10 hr days and 6-7 days a wk!! I am going to try to bid a new rate next week. It will be a different kind of work sched. but at least it will give me days off if I get it. Wish me luck. I really need a different kind of job. I am getting to old for this physical labor. LOL :D
I was afraid to get on the scales cuz I felt like I have been blowing it but I stayed the same. No gain! Yeay! that makes me happy. Hope everyone is having a wonderful wkend....Sis :D

Hi all. I'm not even going to WI this week. I got my TOM yesterday and I have not been very good this week. Now I know why and also why I've been kind of ornery.
I didn't get that job I was trying for. Someone with more seniority got it. :( Oh well I will try again when another one comes open. Hope everyone has a wonderful week end. Take care....Sis :D
