JDoll,
I guess I should have mentioned that the box they came in got thrown out, or else I would have just taken out my pointslider and figured it outmyself.

Hi, Jamie,

Isn't the nutrition information posted on the bag or box? That will tell you exactly how many per serving, and what the points should be.

Jamie,

Usually a basic web search will turn up such information. I did this and found that most products with a nutrition facts label are sold at online grocers such as http://www.homegrocer.com who have the nutrition labels available online. I searched there and found that 55 goldfish (30 grams) is 140 calories, 6 grams fat, <1 gram fiber, which is 3 points.

Thanks so much for looking that up for me Elizabeth as well as letting me know about homegrocer.com. I really appreciate it!

Wondering about the pretzel goldfish there is only 2.5g of fat in a 43 pc. serving. That is pretty good. 120 calories too. I don't have my calculator but it sounds like around 2 pts. per serving.

They are soooo good too.
