Hi, I got an eating plan many years ago from my doctor. It is just a good eating plan that uses the Exchange System. It really does work, and it is so easy. I have tried so many different "diets", but this works so well, and I hope I never stop using it this time! If anyone is interested here it is:
Breakfast
1 fruit
1 milk
1 meat
2 starches
1 fat
Lunch
2 fruits
2 meats
2 starches
2 fats
1 vegetable
Dinner
3 meats
2 starches
1 fat
2 vegetables
2 fruits
There is also a list of limited and unlimited free foods that you can choose from each day. This is such an easy and simple way to eat and I really enjoy it because I feel satisfied!!!! ~~~~~Lynette J.
