Totally revised from my earlier post!

b: coffee with French Vanilla creamer (the kind with Splenda)
l: Whataburger
d: leftover salad from Wendy's last night

Dinner with the inlaws is moved to Sunday night and DH just called on his way home from work with the great news that he was going to Whataburger and had a coupon for B1G1.

Another update:

DH and friend are at a bar watching the Mavericks game. I kindly suggested that when the game is over, they come home and I'll grill for them. So it's brats, grilled onions, sauerkraut ... and I can't think of what else to cook with it but needless to say I will probably be eating at least one brat with my salad.

Kathy, one brat is probably better than what you would have eaten at the bar. And, the onions and sauerkraut are Core!
