I just made this workout that I think I'm gonna start. I tried to empasise the Abs and Butt.
What does everyone think of it? Any good? I know that it's not really weight workout though. I am already very muscular and I didn't want to add muscle just tone and get into shape. I'll add handweights, ankle weights, and things like that as I get better. Oh Also each page is a different day, so it's three days a week. Maybe when I get good at it I'll do it twice a week.
