Supper: Salad -- 10 TOTAL: 21 carbs rebelridergirl 04-26-2005, 03:41 PM I messed up with yesterdays... So Monday should actually be... Breakfast-none Lunch- none Supper- 1 chicken breast, 1/2 cup steamed veggies, 2 slices of LC bread, 1 cup LC ice cream Which probably all equals to about 800 grams of carbs in actuality!
