Tues- 30 min firm and 20 min walk dvd

Friday-- Walked 3 miles.

Yesterday, I got in 14,971 steps.

Today, Saturday, I got 13,172.

Boy am I beat! I walked all day! But the festival is over, and went well! yay!

30 mins on gazelle.....i do believe that is a personal best for me ladies ... a grand total of 6 days on the gazelle this week :) :encore:

Sunday - 40 min watp for abs
10 min upper body weights
