Weight Watchers - Why is the sticky note always at the top?

Is that sticky note post always first on everyone else's screen? That isn't the most recent post, what's the deal, anyone know or is it just on my computer? That drives me crazy! LOL

The sticky note is there to remind us to contriute to the upkeep of this web site. Perhaps you should read it because it explains it very well.

Moderators can make threads "sticky" - which means it stays on top - so people can see it and not have to search for it.

yeah, i kept seeing the sticky note thing on the top of the forum, and i just thought people weren't being very talkative....hee hee.
