Default Help! I can't seem to get with it!

I don't know what's wrong with me, I just can't seem to get with the program. I have all good intentions, go to the meeting and can't get around to really keeping track. I finally started this week and it's weds. already. I don't think I'm eating that bad, but I know I'm not eating that good either.

any help, support, kick in the derriere, whatever, will be appreciated.

i've been having that problem. I have been going for a while, since Dec. and I've only lost 13# I just couldn't get with it. Then something in me snapped and I was like oh I got to do this. I got really mad at my self for wasting all that time. I know what to do I just wasn't doing it. I figured out that in 70 weeks I am going to be 30 and I have 77 pounds to lose by then. I need to get with it. It means a little over a pound a week and I can do that. Iknow I can.
So I have made a promise to myself that I am going to journal and try and much as I can to stick to my points. Plus, I would always get off track for a few weeks due to the time of the month, now I am working on convincing my self that I have to get right back on track. I also started coming on here. It is part of my commitment to my self and also my accountability. I am trying to keep up with my excersise and eating and i am posting about it. Its good to get support from other people in the same boat.
I know I am going to do it because I am commited to my self and I know you can do it to. You are worth it.

You're right about sticking with it. Like you say, a pound a week and we'll get to our goals. We'll still make it. And you're right absolutely right that we're both worth it.
