I don't know what's wrong with me, I just can't seem to get with the program. I have all good intentions, go to the meeting and can't get around to really keeping track. I finally started this week and it's weds. already. I don't think I'm eating that bad, but I know I'm not eating that good either.
any help, support, kick in the derriere, whatever, will be appreciated.
