My new incentive...
I bought a big desk calendar, glued magnets to the back and stuck it to the fridge. I have started recording my weight (on weigh in days) and I have a system for recording my exercise and measurements.
:15A: 30/60 :25P: means 15 mins on the bike in the morning, did my weights with 30 and 60 reps depending on exercise and another 25 on the bike at night.
39.27.39.24 looks like an IP address but those are my measurements chest.waist.hips.thighs
So far it has twice saved me from boredom snacking because it's right there on the fridge! I can't avoid it!
