South Beach Diet - Train jumped the track---

You might say the train jumped the track, and I went off SBD. my niece was in a car accident and 3 days later my mom ended in the hospital with a heart cath, a severe kidney infection. After being released she ended up at my house, which I was glad to take care of her. However I am a stress eater and I am now a believer you need the 2 weeks to detox. I quickly regained my senses and just made wiser Phase 2 choices. I just read the post about going back on Phase I for a couple of days, I think that is a good idea. I have lost 1.5 lbs. so far, and MOM and Nicole are both doing fine.
I missed all of you and see we have some new beach buddies.
Hugs and prayers,
Active (Wanda)
