Default Yummy Smoothie I made today!

Wow, with the warm weather arriving a nice smoothie sounded so wonderful!

I made one with Bluebunny yogurt, some frozen strawberries (about 5) and about 8 icecubes. Put it in my blender and let it blend for 2 minutes. Yowsa! very tasty!

Bamie - use milk or a bit of fruit juice instead!

Bamie, I hate yogurt. I've never been able to stomach it. This doesn't taste like yogurt to me. It is more like a creamy shake. Also, if you have any SF Davincis or Torani syrup you can doctor up the flavor that way I'm whipping up a peach smoothie to go with my breakfast this morning

Ok, just whipped up the peach. OMG! I added some sf marshmallow davinicis (just a spash), sliced frozen peaches, container of peach yogurt and my icecubes. Yowsa! It is so super thick that I am dipping my spoon in my smoothie and then into a bowl of fiber cereal. Woohoo! I'm so happy. This is perfect.

You go girl! Sounds yummylicious! I can't wait to hit p-2 (again) and have one with strawberries! Yummy! I used to get the SF syrup at Wally World but the last several times I have looked they have not had it! Only regular! UGH! Thanks again for the recipe!

Bamie, if you have World Market there they carry sf Torani syrups (at least mine does) or you can buy them online. They have so many flavors, it is amazing.

Ummm nope not here. I've never even heard of it. But thank you. I know T.J. Maxx has it sometimes (Di Vinci)sp? I need to run out there. Although I am sure I would be sidetracked by all the cute clothes! lol

Cherry smoothie this morning. Cherry yogurt, frozen cherries, splash of vanilla sf davincis and icecubes...delicious with all bran on the side.
