South Beach Diet - chicken and black bean soup

Made the title recipe yesterday since I had all the ingredients on hand. It was greated and did taste like the inside of a burrito as someone commentated. Of course, I have enough for today and tomorrow. But it was filling and all I had for supper was one bowl and nothing else.

Hmmm...I need to go look up that recipe. It is kind of chilly today so soup would be good.
