Hi!

I'm new here and on Day 8 of Phase I on the Beach.

I think I'm doing ok! I have lost 4.5 lbs so far, but have 25.5 more to go.

I'm getting bored with the food choices, though and starting to have some cravings for BADDD stuff!!

Welcome aboard! Do you have the updated food list from the F & Q section. There are a lot more choices now than there was when he put the book out. Not to mention a whole lot of recipes. Your doin good so far Stay In It!

Hi Kris.
There is absolutely no need to be bored with food choices. Did you read the Phase I list in the FAQ section? The emphasis is on a variety of whole foods, good carbs and good fats plus dairy. Fruit and grains are the only things you must skip on Phase I. Be sure to include legumes and loads of veggies in your meals.
As Adia suggested, post a typical day.
