There is absolutely no need to be bored with food choices. Did you read the Phase I list in the FAQ section? The emphasis is on a variety of whole foods, good carbs and good fats plus dairy. Fruit and grains are the only things you must skip on Phase I. Be sure to include legumes and loads of veggies in your meals.
