Low Carb Archive - Carb solutions low carb whey crust?

Several months ago I read a recipe in a low carb magazine for a pie crust made just out of whey powder basically (I think it was using carb solutions whey powder.) Does anyone have this recipe? thanks!

3/4 cup plain whey protein powder or soy flour
1/4 cup oat flour
1/4 cup finely ground almonds (almond flour)
1/2 cup non-transfat shortening or lard
1-2 Tablespoons very cold water

I have made a similar crust, with more or less equal parts of ground walnuts, oats, and soy flour. With a little spenda and oil, you can press it into a pan and prebake. It's like a cheesecake crust, don't expect a realy "pastry" kind of crust like you roll out.
