Went for a walk tonight. Got in about 20 minutes of walking, probably about 3/4 of a mile.

30 mins on gazelle today :)...and boy did i have to push that last 20 out of me lol

Sunday.. 2 mile walk
Monday.. 3 mile walk and 15 minutes of weights.
Sebray, I got tickled reading that you had to push that last 20 minutes, most of the time it is the last 10 minutes. Congrats for hanging in there and finishing.

Monday- Total Body Workout(Body by Jake, Strength Training)=45 minutes(uses weights, lunging, squats, etc..)
Tuesday- getting ready to leave now...church exercise class. Think I will do a workout based on the WATP workout, using light weights in with the walking moves,etc...probably 50 minutes cardio followed by some body sculpting

Monday- 2 hours of thatching my yard
Tues- 1 hour walk outside at a local park walk path with lots and lots of hills :( Im bushed now.

my gut is overloaded with mcdonalds...i was bad, had a chicken sandwhich....someone smack me so i get on the gazelle today!!!

2 hours of water aerobics last night, with our new kick *** instructor! My knee is still giving me some problems, but both of them are stronger and doing much better on land:)

got my 30 mins in yesterday (only cause i was so mad at kevin that i exercised while we fought hehe) only 10 mins so far today but im thinking about working outside for awhile this evening :)

Thursday, 20 minutes of wts for back and shoulders.
Hope to get a walk in Saturday & Sunday, it is supposed to be nice.

Got another two hours of water aerobics in on Thursday, they have canxed Saturday classes so I'm done until Tuesday.
