I weighed in today and lost 1.4, which is what I gained over my easter break, so I'm really pleased. Next week, I'm hoping for something similar. I worked out 3.5 times this week, which was great, but my muscles are so sore now!
Pseudobrilliance,
what a great loss. Getting that Easter weight off puts you back on track. Keep it up!!!!!!!

Pseudobrillance,
Great job!
Congrats on the loss Pseudobrilliance! I don't know how I managed it but my scales say I am down .5 today. :) Day before yesterday it said I was up a couple but I will take todays for sure! ;) I went back to my old rate at work so that maybe I won't have to work all the week ends! I will have some but not so many. This job is also more physical so I think that will help me start to lose again if I keep doing what I have been. Hope everyone else has a GREAT WI today, and hope you have a wonderful weekend coming up. Take care.....Sis :D

OOPS!! Easter must have caught up with me! Gained 1.4.
It WILL come off, as well as over 100 more. If you can visualize.......
Hi,
Sis, congrats on that loss. I'll take every little bit. :D
Tag----you'll take that off in no time. :)
I was the same today. I know the scale is wrong. I just tried on a skirt that had been tight and it wasn't this morning. Go figure.

nosugarmomma,
I'm sorry you didn't lose this week. But, you sound like you have a very positive attitude. Walking will help you.
Keep us up-to-date with your progress.

That is so great, Jenny! Happy birthday and great work!
I just weighed in for this week, and somehow I lost 2.5 pounds! That doesn't really make sense to me because I ate tacos and corndogs on Sunday and pie and ice cream last night, so maybe it will come back to haunt me next week. But maybe I'll work out a couple of times and it won't. I don't know. Anyway, I have 8 pounds to go for my June 1st mini goal.

Reached my first 10 lb goal!!! :cb:
I could not weigh on Thursday because I took my mother to the Virginia mountains for a funeral. Took myself this morning to the last weigh-in for the week, and am so pleased!! :D
This goes to show that one must NOT give up just because there is a gain one week! :^: It does not mean that it is there to stay!
Everyone is doing so well, it encourages me to keep up with you all. :goodscale
Tag---that is super!!!!!!!!!!!! :cb: :jig: :bravo:

Hi all,
I weigh in sats. Lots .5 this week which I'm very happy with. It was a rough week. I don't know why, alot of people at the meeting were saying rough week and happy w/staying the same. I need to get back on track (already!!)
goal for this week, to journal and drink water.
Keli, I love your attituide. And, even half a pound shows you're doing good.
That's interesting that others at your meeting had a rough week.
I like your saying at the bottom, too.
Keep up the good work.

The busier I am the more I loose!! Is there a message in that? Maybe food is the secondary thought, instead of the major item for the day!
Lost one more pound this week -- Thank the Lord! As long as it goes away and never comes back.
Has anyone tried the Nabisco 100 Calorie Snacks? There is a Oreo cookie, Chips Ahoy, Ritz Crackers, and several others. They count 2 Points, and are yummy! I think because there are a lot of them in the bag, my mind does not comprehend that they are also small. Very nice snack.
It is encouraging to see that some have lost a lot, and others that are loosing the same amount that I have scheduled. Keep it up, don't give up! Just think - one day we will be wearing the small clothes that look so classy!

I did my first weigh in since returning to the WW way of life. I didn't lose a lot, but I did lose 1.6. I went back in my old journals and found my highest weight to use as a beginning point. It gives a better perspective of what a lengthy journey this has been & continues to be.
Congrats on the pound Tag--Good job!

I know how it feels to gain a pound---but it won't stay there Angie!!! That is the GOOD news! I those things play with our minds, just to see what we are made of.
Welcome Loodie! It takes courage to take the first step, and the second, and the third........ Then you will find a change of attitude toward the whole idea of seeing yourself THINNER! even THIN! With that in front of me all the time, it helps me make choices each day.
Knowing there are others on this thread that have done, and are doing it helps keep me focused as well. That is strenghtening to me.
Hi all,
Since I've been out-ot-town all week, and eating, I decided not to weigh-in.
Tag, congratulations on your loss.
Loodie, that is a good loss for your first time back.
Angie, it's very hard when there's a gain. It makes me wonder what on earth I did wrong. Sometimes we don't do anything different--it just happens. You will keep going and have losses. Stay OP.
I hope everyone has a great weekend, with lots of fun and exercise thrown in.

Yippee!! Down 2 for me. I have really been eating a lot of salads, chicken, and strawberries. Guess that might be helping. We are all in the process of suceeding sometimes we just don't know it.
