I haven't felt right all day, sort of bloated and horrible, so I shall wait a couple of days and weigh again. I am working so hard, and it feels so slow, and I still feel like that fattest chick at the gym, and I just want to start looking and feeling better NOW!!!! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!! 2frustrated 04-26-2005, 03:41 AM Kyk, you will get there luvvy! My scales showed a gain today but I'm thinking HOW CAN THAT BE? I am having a looming fridge moment... settled on a slice of bread & 2 light babybels! I'm HUNGRY goddamit and I'm off to class soon! 2frustrated 04-28-2005, 03:54 PM Where do I usually "confess"? I'm going to start a FRUSTRATED CONFESSION THREAD! Oh boy! I've been really hungry today! I woke up feeling a bit sick, and a bit tired and just generally bleargh! Then I had my breakfast and walked round town a little bit, I was starving hungry by 10:30, so I had porridge (2nd breakfast..... :lol3: ) Then I took some lunch to college, including some Aero bubbles that I'd bought in town, but didn't really have room for in my calories today..... Well I guess that's what started it off! So I ate all my lunch plus the bubbles and still felt really tired and naff, so I came home at about half 4. I was hungry again by now, so I had bread and some babybels, cos at this point I was planning to go kickboxing. I decided not to go kickboxing in the end, I was still feeling naff, anyway, so I had my dinner which I was REALLY hungry for, a chicken fillet in pitta bread, preceded by a chocolate hobnob :yikes: (the pitta bread is where I start to go over calories! ) OOh and I also had a refreshers cupcake BEFORE dinner! What is wrong with me? then after dinner I was feeling a bit nibbly (in a what the **** kinda way... so I had 2 more hobnobs :yikes: a shortbread biscuit and another Refreshers cupcake! Blimey! Forgive me FCUKers for I have sinned! Hey at least my tummy's not rumbling any more! I feel ok now, I must get on with some work. I guess I was just a bit sad and hopped on the eating wagon. If I'd gone kickboxing I would've been ok.... :p So get the :rollpin: out, I'll be back on plan tomorrow! veggie 04-28-2005, 07:00 PM Gained. Do I have to comment more? :p kykaree 04-29-2005, 01:49 AM LOL Stef, I weigh in the middle of my works gym, so shoes I can do, the rest of it, I don't think so!!!! No wonder I can't get back on the wagon  2frustrated 04-30-2005, 07:55 AM Oh there were definately more than 3 chocolate hobnobs sharing my bed last night! ;) I really must get Dom to finish them!
