Default I'm baaack ( I think!)

I've decided I need to recommit, I was going pretty strong a month ago, but that all seemed to stop with work stresses. No excuses. So I am back, I am going to try my darnedest to post more, with hopes it'll keep me in check. Summer is coming (eek, bathingsuit season!), I have a few months until my 2 weeks on the beach..

I'm just getting over the flu (it kicked my butt), so I'm going to slowly get back into things as I'm just starting to eat properly .. it's been 5-6 days! I hope to get to know ya'll again (it's been a while since I posted regularly)!

Welcome back! I just got over the flu myself (actually, still struggling a little bit with left overs) and it kicked my butt bad! My husband is really still feeling the effects. It is hard to care what you eat when you are sick and hard to chew a lot of healthy stuff and swallow it with a sore throat and stuffed nose.

You can do it! Move forward, It's not to late, Whip It, Whip it Good!

Wowsers! Thanks for the warm re-welcome! My oh my, you all post early! You must either be from the East Coast, or really early risers! I'm just dragging my butt out of bed now.. still feeling the flu a little. I decided to revise my 2nd goal (26 pounds just seemed too far away!), so I'm aiming for a more easily attainable 14 pounds! I'm going to start from the beginning once I get some grocery shopping done.. I'm almost excited!

Welcome back Aimee. I am making a trip to the grocery today too to get stocked up. That is a huge part of my problem that I don't keep enough of the right food around. You will be in swimming suit condition before you know it.
