Default OT: I'm Off to Sunny Florida!
My husband suddently got called away for a business trip in West Palm Beach and guess who gets to go with him for a nice, LONG weekend? I'm so excited to be going somewhere where there's warmth and sun, I can't even tell you.

As an aside, I had not one pair of shorts that didn't fall instantly to the floor when I tried them on. I had to run over really quick to get a pair of shorts... And here's one more piece of good news: the shorts are in a 14/16 at Lane Bryant, my first pair of pants in their lowest size!!!! Maybe soon I'll be done shopping there for good. I've been out of their tops for a while, but thanks to my horrible genetics, I'm a weeble-wobble pear.

Sorry for the off-topic-ness, but I just had to share!

Awww.. I'm jealous! Have a great time! And if you are in 14/16 at Lane Bryant, you can probably already shop at other stores! At an 18 at my store I was fitting into GAP size 16 jeans (I managed to get them done up comfortably the other day yay!). Happy bday

Wow, lucky you! it's been pretty yucky weather-wise here, hasn't it. And it will be gloomy this weekend too.

Congrats on the shorts!! That's great! This is shaping up to be a pretty good birthday! Happy birthday.

I wanted to tell you I started my first day at the gym today. I was so nervous my lower back hurt. I feel like your posts really encouraged me with that Have a great time in Floriday and a great birthday

Well, I'm back (booo!!!!!), slightly browner and feeling fine. Thanks for the kind wishes, everyone. My eating was really, really horrible and as a result I've gained 2 pounds. Could have been MUCH worse, though, so I'm not stressing about it too much. Eating out all the time at mall-type restaurants sure is a diet killer!!!!! I can't believe the size of the portions! I would go in with every intention of staying on plan then just sorta lose it with the temptation. My hubby and I did split some stuff, but it was STILL too much food for us!

I was back at the gym last night and this morning, and I'm back on plan, so here's to losing those extra two quickly.

Glad your back and had such a good time. Also glad to see your right back on plan. Vacation in my opinion is one of the biggest diet killer there is.
