Well, another stuffy day. Today I feel SOOOO tired. So I ran to get the part for my fish filter. Did the Girl Scout troop notes. And now I'm going to go lay down for a nap. Hopefully that'll refresh me!!! Another OP day! I eat..but helps that I don't FEEL like eating! :lol:

Hi Brenda :wave: You've just reminded me I need to get some aquarium filters today. I'm also going to get a different color gravel. DH wants way! haha I'm thinking black. :lol:

As for me being OP, I am for most of the part, just not at 20 carbs. But I'm sticking to the induction list and extra good veggies, a couple of pieces of wheat bread added, but I'm not over eating the bread, and that seems to be the best I can do right now. Have a great day!

I Blew it on a couple donuts. BLAH!! Why do I do that? They don't even TASTE that good. Always leave my mouth feeling like it's been wiped with grease. GRRRR. DH gets them free so can't complain. Just wish the DD's would hurry up and scarf them down! He just brought another box home today!!! Tomorrow he'll have to take a box to work. Was doing good up to that point.

Hi Brenda, I think thaat's good to be able to only eat a couple. I wish I could.

I'm so bad that I can't have them in the house. I mean really terrible. Doughnuts must me my worst food (that I love.) Fruit is about the same. The thing is with me, is I don't get full on them, then with the carb/sugar addiction, I want them all. I mean the dozen--not in one sitting, but over a day or two. From there I knew I blew it, so I keep going for days on this type of food driven by the addiction. This is way beyond self control with me. I really need the Atkin's or low carb diet because I'm the same way with fruit. DH can have one of something and think that's enough.
