Tuesday,
1 mile walk outside, 1 mile on :treadmill: and 25 minutes of lower body excercises with wts.

Walked tonight...about 20 minutes. It was getting dark and I did not want to over do it today! :s:

Monday- Nothing!
Tuesday- 4 mile Watp and church workout(used step and aerobic, body sculpting)
Wednesday- 2 mile deluxe walk(Leslie Sansone)
Thursday- 3 mile WATP and church workout(will not be using step, will be doing lots of squats and lunges, kicks followed by body sculpting(toning), abs)
Friday- posting in case I don't have a chance tomorrow...Total Body Workout(body by jake)- strength training video
Weekend..probably nothing!

Got my purple clad butt back to the pool tonight, two hours of water aerobics. AND, noticed how much better I felt after my weight loss. Seriously, I felt lighter, and did not get out of breath as easily...amazing what a small amount lifted can do!!
