Weight Watchers - Mega Green Tea

Happy Easter All!

Yesterday I was at Walmart and was reading the package for the Mega Green Tea supplement and I wanted to know if any one knows if this is safe and does it really work to speed up your metabolism?

Please help if you know anything about this?

The green tea has such a minimal effect on metabolism, and if in a pill form, even less. Exercise is the best boost! :)
