Default Success for prior WLS people who eat full fat food?

Considering I had weight loss surgery 13 yrs ago and don't gain weight from eating FAT (i absorb about 50% of the fat I eat), I could use real cheeses, not worry about low fat this and low fat that...

I wonder if I would still be successful.

michele, i'm not sure i understand your question, but from your other posts, it looks like you're on the diet cycle again. can you tell us more about your situation? one possibility is that your stoma has stretched, and a little intervention could help tighten it up.

and yes, in theory, small amounts of regular cheese shouldn't be a problem, but the operative word here is SMALL. i saw on one of your posts from last year that you were considering eating about 2 cups of cottage cheese a day... i'm assuming not in one sitting?

so, darlin.. come out and talk to us!!!! we'll help!!!
