I guess I'll start our belated exercise thread. The weather's improving, spring is here, the time for revealing clothes is almost upon us...so many reasons to make exercise a priority!
My exercise so far this week:
Monday: Step aerobics
Tuesday: 45 minute walk
Wednesday: Step aerobics
My kaboose has been this week as well
30 minutes WATP on Monday
1:00 WAtp on Tuesday
and 30 mins. this morning. I'm still going to get in some time on my ball tonight if the kids cooperate
Monday: one hour in the gym
Tuesday: na da - a girl needs her rest
Wednesday: one hour swimming, 10 000 steps, and 30 minutes gym (on that instrument of torture - the cross trainer)
Thursday: one hour swimming, 30 minutes on the instrument of torture, and steps 7000 so far and counting!!!!
