Good job, Dawn! I'm down 3 pounds to 230--30 pounds lost! 3 pounds to go to meet my Easter challenge. I think it's a long shot, but I'm happy with where I'm at right now, regardless.

Good job, Dawn and Darlene,

I lost two more pounds, after staying the same last week. Yay! I have lost 8.5 pounds since being on WW. Good luck everyone.

I am up from last week, by .75 pound. However, that was an abnormally low weight (was super-sick the day before and ate absolutely nothing -- the day before I got sick, I was weighing in higher than the week before). From two weeks ago, I am down 2.75 pounds! Overall, I'm down!! Woo-hoo!!

Great going you three. Darlene don't worry about your challenge you have a good attitude about it. Just be happy with what you have lost. That is the bad thing about a challenge we tend to set the mark a little high and then tend to get bummed out when we don't make it. The last few I have done I made sure to set it low that way I am an over achiever.

Only 5 more to go and I get my 'treat'! I'm going tanning! yea!! I need some sun therapy!

Thanks for the encouraging words, Howie, you overachiever, you! I don't mind being an underachiever--I'm trying to be very zen about it, and I still have this week. And it's still 12 pounds gone since Valentine's Day! I love the challenges--they really keep me motivated.

You are not an underachiever. We are all doing one of the hardest task there is in life. And for that we are all overachievers. You know most people in this world have tried to lose weight but I don't think the majority really know what it's like to have to lose 100 lbs. They don't have the emotional tie to food and all the baggage that comes with it. So we need to all give ourselves a big round of applause for what we are doing.

I like the challenges also. They are a fun way to keep things going and to get to our next mini goal.

Great job everyone!

I didn't weigh in this week since I was away. I'm a little nervous about weighing in tomorrw, it's so hard to be on track on vacation. Whatever it says, I'll just move on.

Have a great week everyone.

Thanks,
Beth

Remember, a loss is a loss, howie. You are still doing so great and knowing you, you'll drop like 10 pounds and come to the 200s with a bang
