I'll go ahead and start the thread this week. I'm down 2.5 pounds to 252. Two more to get back down to my low. :)

Good job, Dawn! I'm down 3 pounds to 230--30 pounds lost! 3 pounds to go to meet my Easter challenge. I think it's a long shot, but I'm happy with where I'm at right now, regardless.

Good job, Dawn and Darlene, :)

I lost two more pounds, after staying the same last week. Yay! I have lost 8.5 pounds since being on WW. Good luck everyone.

I am up from last week, by .75 pound. However, that was an abnormally low weight (was super-sick the day before and ate absolutely nothing -- the day before I got sick, I was weighing in higher than the week before). From two weeks ago, I am down 2.75 pounds! Overall, I'm down!! Woo-hoo!!

Great going you three. Darlene don't worry about your challenge you have a good attitude about it. Just be happy with what you have lost. That is the bad thing about a challenge we tend to set the mark a little high and then tend to get bummed out when we don't make it. The last few I have done I made sure to set it low that way I am an over achiever.

Great job everyone!

I'm down only 1 pound since my big loss last week of 5... but it's also that TOM.

Only 5 more to go and I get my 'treat'! I'm going tanning! yea!! I need some sun therapy!

Wow that is great. Good job.

Thanks for the encouraging words, Howie, you overachiever, you! I don't mind being an underachiever--I'm trying to be very zen about it, and I still have this week. And it's still 12 pounds gone since Valentine's Day! I love the challenges--they really keep me motivated.

You are not an underachiever. We are all doing one of the hardest task there is in life. And for that we are all overachievers. You know most people in this world have tried to lose weight but I don't think the majority really know what it's like to have to lose 100 lbs. They don't have the emotional tie to food and all the baggage that comes with it. So we need to all give ourselves a big round of applause for what we are doing.

I like the challenges also. They are a fun way to keep things going and to get to our next mini goal.

I am down 2.6 pounds this morning, so now I am at 309 (.4) :D

Darn ~ up another pound this week. I've got to turn this around.

03-24-2005, 09:42 AM
i think i'm back on track now. down 4.2 this week (and tom is here even!), 3.8 last week, 4.4 the week before. i'm about 6 pounds away from where i was when i started screwing off and gained it all back.

great job everyone... gayle i'm sure you'll do better next time.

Great job everyone!

I didn't weigh in this week since I was away. I'm a little nervous about weighing in tomorrw, it's so hard to be on track on vacation. Whatever it says, I'll just move on.

Have a great week everyone.

I'm down another two pounds this week. Seems like it's taking foever to get to that 299 mark but I'll get there.

03-25-2005, 02:50 PM
Remember, a loss is a loss, howie. You are still doing so great and knowing you, you'll drop like 10 pounds and come to the 200s with a bang :D

03-25-2005, 03:19 PM
I'm very pleased with the 2 lb loss. I'm just really wanting to be under 300.

03-25-2005, 04:49 PM
I'm still stubbornly holding at 336, darn it. Last weekend I was off plan two nights, so this whole week I cut my calories back by at least 200/day to make up for it. Despite that...Nada. I know I need to drink more water, and I may need to just plain cut my 1600 calories/day down to 1400 or 1500. Pthbt.

03-25-2005, 06:04 PM
I bet you'll drop a bunch next week, Gardenwife.

Howie, don't worry--you'll make it below 300 soon, and we'll all celebrate!

I lost one pound this week.

03-25-2005, 06:15 PM
Great job, Sheila! Seems like you're back on track now. :D
I was incredibly busy earlier this week and forgot to weigh in! On my weigh-in day, Monday, I was 194, down two from the previous week. I'm a little lower now but not changing my siggy until Monday, when we see how I did on the weekend. I have been *really* struggling with weekends lately and am concerned about this one. I usually do great until Saturday night, when it all falls apart for some reason. I've been known to gain back two or three pounds over the weekend! Why is it so much harder to lose than to gain??!!!!

Anyway, congrats to all the losers. Howie, you are ZOOMING!!!!
