Breakfast: cherrios and skim milk 160
I'll check in after work...lately we have had catered lunches....SHould my goal be to forgo the catered lunch for the lean cuisine? Can I? Stay tuned!
Well there is good news and bad news...
The good news is there was catered breakfast, but I did not partake as I had already had Cheerios.
The bad news is there was enchiladas, taquitos, beans, rice, guacamole, and brownies for lunch.
Yeah, I had them. And they were yummy.
But, for dinner I had a spinach, tomato, mushroom, and broiled shrimp salad, and then I spent an hour on the elliptical, so even if lunch was 1000 cal (which I doubt) I still took in about 1500 calories and then burned about 600 on the elliptical.
