Lunch: Egg beater omelet with FF Borden American slice and ketchup (still craving salt, I guess)

Snack: Peach smoothie

Dinner: Mixed field greens salad and Core Chicken Fried Rice

Dessert: Core Cherry Trifle

Vickie, too funny! I was just about to start the menu thread, and I was going to call it Spring Sunday too. Must be wishful thinking on both our parts.

I HAVE to be good this next week or so. I'm so close to goal, but it's going to be a pre-TOM week next week. D'oh! Yesterday was terrible. Must do better!

It is a gorgeous spring day here! Sun is shining, no wind, very mild and makes me wonder why I'm sitting at my desk at work! Oh well!

D: Aha! Now you're talking! I am having a wheat pita with lean turkey breast, avocado, tomato slices and FF caesar dressing. I saw pitas at the store yesterday and it made me crave these sandwiches that I used to eat every day. I might also make a small salad because I have all sorts of cool new salad stuff: right now my favorite is butter lettuce, strawberries, feta cheese and balsamic vinegar dressing.
