I have gone out today and looked for something new to motivate me, and ended up gettting the firm weighted stick. I have heard that the firm stuff is very hard but i thought i woudl give it at try. My main activity for now is doing walking, in which I use a pedometer. I am trying to work my goal up to 10,000. steps a day, and this week was able to get up to around 8,000. Getting there! Take Care, Carrie original_serendipity 03-20-2005, 03:40 AM Hey!!!
